OK to report someone for killing all NPCs in Booty Bay?

Hi,

Not sure what the procedure is/should be - there is currently Alliance mage killing every NPC in Booty Bay - so basically no quests are available. Any way to report/ban/punish this person?

Seems that on very high level, local Booty Bay "bruiser" cant do anything... Its a pitty, this is just being an ass and ruining the game for everyone, both Alliance & Horde.

Ok, thanks for the info - to say this is dissapointing would be an understatement. Anyways, let assholes be assholes, will join later, no point playing now if the quest givers/flight masters are dead. Noone is happy at the zone now.
