Email problems

Hello dears,

So i had to donate for buying charachter but after buying, showign this message : Email sent.
So i dont have acces my old mail anymore, but my donor points still in this account so i want 2 things like this or this...
Change my mail manually gms, or give my donor points to other account i make, u can check logs i dont spent any or like this.
