I have done this quest on other characters OK, however on my Warlock I am unable to cast any spells against the NPC on the drake I move to. Sometimes Curse of Agony or Corruption will hit the target but disappear within a second or so. I can never do enough to kill the target Hyldsmeet Drakerider.
