I cant access in my new account

I just made my account and downloaded the client but when i enter the account in the game the following message pop up.
"You have applied a lock to your account. You can change your locked status by calling your account lock phone number"

I have to say and its important to mention, i just created the account and downloaded the game.

maybe you need to activate mail on your account
