I maked one order but twice paid from bank account and i get bonuses from one order.

I ordered 1035 bonuses - one order. But money from my bank account was paid twice i dont know why. (2x 19.80€). I get 1035 bonuses but 2x paid and i ordered only one order. Can you refund one payment which i didn't want? (and didn't even get bonuses) Thanks.

EDIT: Still 2x paid, once got 1035, please help.
