3.3.5 x1 - Disabling cross-faction BG lead to no bg

I did several tests with the cross-faction disabled and I noticed battlegrounds never start.

5 tests and in each of them not a single bg started after a wait of 10-20 minutes.

In a server with thousands of players there should not be this problem.

When you turn off the inter-faction BG, you get into a separate queue from the same ones that turned off the function.

Disabled this feature ~0.5% of all online.
Therefore, you will stand in line forever.
