[English] LEGION - Entering Legion - Lack of Gear

Hello,

I Recently joined Wow Circle Legion server and so far I'm happy how good it is but ...

I'm level 101 entered Legion Content and doing my starting Quest as Druid. Currently doing one of the Main Scenarios for Artifact Weapons.
Its almost impossible for me to do anything in Legion Zones. Im 230K HP and every mob is 1500K. End Quest Mobs double that HP. Every NPC i have to treat as if it was a boss. Kiting it for 10min.
This is actually so off putting I alt f4 and decided to make this post. I asked few Guildes and they all agree they should be some catch up Vendor.

So I thought maybe we can get some "Green Items Vendor" ? I have seen this on other server and it helps when you have 10x XP rate and you are entering the last Zones
