Character stuck in Assault on broken shore phase 1&2

Hi,

Recently when I started the task "Assault on broken shore", my character got stuck in phase 1&2. The latency was extremely high and I cannot move or attack.
Tried several times, logout and login again didn't help. And I didn't have the same issue with other tasks.
Is there some way I can finish this task?

Character:Lightsbless
Realm:8.3.7 x11
