Hello, would it be possible to lower the rating for "BIS" items? Why really low population is have for soloQ and 3s not like before, can't play for 2k mmr why have no players who play for this mmr, maybe 2k rating for bis items is works, or maybe buy bis items when get 2.2k for 2v2 too for this situation. 3v3 only 1 team who is on 2.2k, SQ is 28 teams only that is not so much.
