My account is gone!

:( I made an account for the TBC PTR and have been playing it with my husband. Today I played earlier got my flying mount and figured out how to use the proxy server.

Now if I try and login it says my login information is wrong, I have not changed my login or password, mostly because I don’t know how u change the login/password on the TBC PTR.

My husband can still login with his account, no issues, but mine just keeps telling me my info is not valid.
Have I been banned or something?

The account exists, try clearing the CACHE folder in the client folder, and entering your account password manually, and correctly the first time.

I have cleared the cache file and tried again but it still says my info is invalid!

I feel like I’m going insane, I have used the same login and password for days, I’m sure I’ve typed the password wrong a few times because my eyes are bad but always corrected and got in

I’m ! I know this seems ridiculous!

Omg! I restarted the whole computer and then cleared the cache again and it has worked!
