Update / solution :
1. You CAN'T get away from it.
2. You have to get off your flying mount and Воздушный подавитель ОУ-8 will leave you alone.
3. Once you are in HK-8's sights, it will shoot you as long as you are on a flying mount.
4. It takes 3 to 5 shots to kill you.
