Administrator help required! On topic below: "Scouting the Palace" Horde Nazjatar...

About a month ago, I created a new topic here (the topic right below this one) about an unavailable quest in Nazjatar. The problem is:

"The Horde version of the Nazjatar quest "Scouting the Palace" (quest id: 55481) should be offered by Lor'themar Theron in Newhome after completing the quest "Back out to Sea". I have already completed "Back out to Sea", but Lor'themar Theron still doesn't offer "Scouting the Palace"."

The moderator who responded couldn't help me and they said that they will contact the administrator. I've been waiting for over a month now by logging in every week at the time I told them but still no help! I am online right now and waiting!

Unfortunately, I have to log out now. But do I even need to be online for this? Just please, fix the bug somehow so I can continue progressing and enjoy the game. If the administrator can help, please, tell me when are they online and I'll log in.
