This treasure is located in the south side (38,3; 58,8) of the Ancestral Grounds island in Nagrand. The chest is locked, but the key is nearby. Rusty Keys carries the key and flies a small circle around the chest. The key can be picked up easily when the parrot flies over the chest.

I looted a good 83 gold from the chest.
