In order to open for this quest I first completed the 2 from the 2 people standing close to Yrel and the 2 found on the way when completing the first 2.
Then Thaelin Darkanvil there had a new quest, and upon accepting that one. The other 2 open for a quest each. Yrel's is Bushwhacker.

The Voice of Iyu (Found on item on the ground close to one of the bodies in the above quest, delivered ad Thaelin Darkanvil)
