The Azerite Booster necklace being sold on the website is not working.

I purchased a booster that raises the necklace to level 95, and it has appeared in my inventory, but I cannot use it.

I have completed all quests related to the necklace. The necklace is currently level 90.

I tried using it on two characters in x5, but it doesn't work on either of them.

I tried turning off all add-ons, but it is the same.

It does not work even after clearing the cache.
