Missing Vote Points

Hello Admin,

I suddenly lost my vote points. My points disparated from my account balance for no appropriate reason. Please help me investigate this issue and check my account log. Here are my details:

* Account Name (dgx94): [jadah]
* Realm: WotLK [rates server: x100 ]
* Approximate missing points: [around 800 to 900 points. I don't really remember it.]
* When did it happen: [October 2025 When I wanted to vote, suddenly my points disparated.

We can not get your bonuses back, but I've blocked the account, that received all the gifts.
You should also enable 2FA on your account to prevent such leaks in future. And seems like you should better check your email security.
