I am writing to request assistance because I have lost access to my Two-Factor
Authentication (2FA) and can no longer log into my account. My authenticator app was
lost/reset, and I do not have the backup recovery codes.
Here are my account details for verification:
Account Username: dgx96 (I forgot my character's name.)
Registered Email: dgxrudep@gmail.com
Server/Realm: wotlk x100
For your information,
I have several WotLK x100 accounts:
1. dgx94
2. dgx95
3. dgx96
4. gon49
These are all my accounts.
Could you disable or remove 2FA from my account so I can log in and play again?
