reputation bug

hi my characters name is Critz .. lvl 80 rogue.. i have problem with thorium broderhood im stacked in 2999/3000 neutral.. because i did all the quest first and now there no npc to grant me reputation.. i asked AI and it told me it became bug and im stacked.. theres no npc to give materials not grant reputation..even in blackrock dephs because of this patch.. AI told me i have to speak with gm to grant me 1 reputation just to get friendly and then i can turn my materials to get reputation.. GM told me to make post here

don't ask the AI, it lies and confuses patches and DBs :)

Have you tried doing repeatable quests for resources and Incendosaur Scales?
Even if you do the quests first, you can still complete these 3 repetable quests while your reputation is neutral (25 rep/quest)

brother he stops giving u this quest when u reach 2999/3000 neautral.. thats what im talking about.. if i did since that and then the quests it would be fine.. and then i can do repeatable inside blackrock depths when i reach friendly..and about AI i know how questioning and in searcing im very good.. it became bug and its not first time.. i cant do anything
