1) Акколада победы , конкретно 650-ого и 660-ого тринкета не нашел в вовхеде. Есть тут. Ссылка на топ воина в ладдере офа, абузящего сей тринкет.
2) Не дает дополнительного стата при выпадении.
3) Должна давать дополнительный стат. Цитата с комментариев вовхед:

Comes with a random secondary stat of the same number. Just got the +305 strength/+305 Versatility one on my Ret pala from the ashran box.(+403 in PvP)
EDIT: Just got the mastery version the next week. Pretty good for PvE.

Unfortunately if your not human this trinket is of little use. The on proc or on use trinket just seem far better, I asked about it on vanguards ret pvp thread on arenajunkies and most of the high-rated ppl there said what I already expected. Fully passive trinkets just aren't going to cut it. Depending on what secondary stat you get though, you could still use them to great advantage in PvE.

6) 10/10, тринкет, на котором прокает искусность, является бисовым для воина ветки оружие, также очень неплохо будет смотреться на рыцарях смерти ветки лед и паладинах возмездия.
