В прошлой теме поднялся, вопрос про тотемы на хасту для миликов и спэллкастеров. И я вспомнил одну, штуку которую надо бы проверить и это гкд, как многие знают, форма кошки и власть нечестивости делают гкд 1 секунда. А также спэлл кастеры снижают гкд хастой до 1 секунды. Я помню, что читал(но не помню блин где), что гкд вара не изменяется и всегда = 1,5 секундам.
Вопросы, как это работает у нас? Правильно ли я читал? Ну и где это писалось? Жду ответов спасибо.

Haste doesn't affect melee GCD, it's always 1.5 seconds. Rogues, Kitty Druids, and Unholy DKs have a 1 second GCD.
Casters have a 1.5 second GCD that IS affected by Haste and can be reduced to 1 second. You would need 50% haste in order to do this, which is 1640 haste rating.
For a warrior, haste will only affect the speed at which you perform your normal melee "white" attacks. I suppose it would also decrease the time it takes to perform a Slam for arms, as well.

Haste reduces the GCD for spells, but not for weapon strike abilities. So to provide a couple of examples, it would affect Holy Light and Consecration GCDs but not Divine Storm or Crusader Strike.
So haste is fairly indifferent for Ret DPS.
