Combat Potency’s proc chance works as follows: Can be triggered by white offhand attack and main gauche hits (must land successfully). The proc chance is 20% for Main Gauche hits, and [20*OffhandWeaponSpeed/1.4]% for white offhand attacks.

Отсюда:

Combat Potency scales with the speed of the weapon, NOT the speed of your swings.
A 1.4 speed weapon (if they still existed) would have a 20% proc chance (just like the old combat potency).
A 1.8 dagger has a 25.7% proc chance.
A 2.6 weapon has a 37.1% proc chance.
All regardless of haste or attack speed modifiers. So more haste still means more swings and more procs.

Атак произведено 370 (значит половина из них - левой рукой) т.е 370/2=185 атак
Так же проков искуси: 60
Считаем сколько должно быть проков Боевого потенциала з.ы. я бил с дагерами 1.8 скорость
60*0,2+185(0,2*1,8/1,4)=12+47,57=59,57 округлим - 60 проков
Каждый прок дает нам 15 энергии - соотвестввенно должны получить 60*15=900 энерджи
Теперь смотрим сколько получили реально: 660 энерджи что на 26% меньше чем должно быть
