muted for no reason

i was muted again for no reason
and the mute is on my whole account for 7 days
i dont understand why i am muted i dont advartise any 3rd party!?
i just want to buy myself a new character with the bonuses that i just bought
which is like 50 euro. idk you should reconsider your mute rules. Its like first i can't
tie my phone to my account , i dont get my bonuses from the sms's that i sended
and now i am getting muted becouse i was trying to find someone who is selling his
warr for bonuses.
