Error 132 may have several different causes. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
1. Our games require an up-to-date operating system in order to run properly. Run Windows Update to be sure you're using the most recent version.
2. Reset your User Interface to ensure that your User Interface files are not corrupted.
- Out-of-date addons can break the WoW user interface (UI), resulting in display issues and other errors. To resolve such addon-related issues with your UI, the best solution is to fully reset your UI to default settings and test before reinstalling any addons. If you have any addon managers, temporarily disable or uninstall the software to successfully reset your user interface.
Note: If you are experiencing issues with your chat, enter the command /resetchat. This will reset your chat boxes to their default conditions and should resolve most chat issues.
- Windows XP
Completely exit the game.
Right-click the icon you use to launch the game.
Click Properties.
Click Find Target or Find Location (you may see one or the other depending on the specific settings of your computer) to open the World of Warcraft folder.
Rename the Cache, Interface and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld and WTFOld.
Relaunch the game so the changes can take effect.
-Windows Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8
Completely exit the game.
Right-click the icon you use to launch the game.
Click Open file location to open the World of Warcraft folder.
Rename the Cache, Interface and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld and WTFOld.
Relaunch so the changes can take effect.

Completely exit the game.
Open Finder, located on the Dock.
Click Applications.
Select World of Warcraft.
Rename the Cache, Interface and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld and WTFOld.
Relaunch so the changes can take effect.
3. The game requires up-to-date drivers to run smoothly. Update your drivers regularly.
