Hi,

I have tried to log in server few days ago after 1 week of inactivity and found out that im banned, the reason: wintrade.

So here is the video of my last games taken of my twitch channel in which I HAVE STREAMED ALL GAMES THAT WE HAVE PLAYED but since its been more than 14 days all videos were deleted except this one, but this one is inaf proff that we didnt wintrade at all: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/289115601

-Minute 5:46: first game vs disc hunt (2122 mmr) we were 2569 mmr and got +5.
-Minute 7:23: you can see our team rating on 2549, we were currently r10.
-Minute 1h:42:48: you can see our last game which he lost and got -21 on 2623 mmr.
-Minute 1h:53:37: you can see the team is 20-4 and we ended on 2614 rate, rank 6.
-After 1h:53 i dont recommend you to keep watching the video since we got in a game vs ppal rshaman, 30+ min game that ended up with a server dc and then i stopped stream.
-Also you can see all games between 5:46- 1h:42 but the moments i pointed are the most important.

Besides all this proffs in which you can clearly see that we didnt wintrade, i have to say that our team have more than 70 losses so if we wintraded, why would we have 70 losses? why would we keep lossing on 2k6 rating vs 2k team -21 pts,that makes no sense at all.

I ask you to review that case and unbann me asap to let me play on your server again please.

вот уж он точно не в курсе никаких дел, его позвали играть-он пошел.
да и тот человек, который с ним играл, уровень английского имеет примерно как у среднестатистического россиянина уровень испанского (это о кайсаку)

и петеро спрашивал, что такое мнп (а это полюбому от вас идет).
видимо, вариант ответа, что его забанили за игру с плохими людьми, его не устроил и показался ему невероятным. я б тоже месяц назад подумал, что это невероятно, получить перманент за игру с кем то не нарушая правил

I have asked a russian friend to traslate the reason of my bann and he said its becouse wintrade, also have seen circle staff have been banning recently a lot of ppl for this reason, most of them are not wintraders some yes.

I am banned becouse my lock? becouse i wintraded with my lock? wtf.

First i cant even remember with who i played on my lock on that team just was looking for a partner for 2s and some1 wisped me, then invited me to team.

Second as you can see team rate is 2481 and my personal is 1343 we just did few games, 14-7 or so, then we never played again and suddenly he left team and gave me leader, so i was like okey he gave me 2k5 team why should i disband it? just keep it up and try to gear my lock.

Third i dont know where you can see the wintrade on my lock becouse as i said we only played 20 games and we lost 50% of them so i dont realy see the point of this bann, i swear i have never wintraded or anything becouse basicly i dont need to do it for getting rating since im rank1 player, wheres your point?

Pls take a deep look and check that ive done nothing to deserve that bann, and move on to lift it asap pls, my partner is already w8ing me for playing there again.

Your point is that this random guy from LFG that i played with wintraded to 2k5 right? but as you can see i only did 15-20 games with him, i didnt do anything. I didnt know when he invited me who he was or that he wintrade to that rating, otherway i wouldnt have played, this is so injustice becouse im paying what a random from LFG did without doing anything myself.
