Leveled up a Rogue to level 80, queued for battleground but game tells me my item level isn't high enough for that. Alright, I try to get PVE gear from dungeons, but queue never pops for that either. How am I supposed to get gear?

I play on 3.3.5a, x10. So the only way to get gear to do PvP is with professions? That sounds pretty bad... Btw, I've searched through the forum to see where I should post this, but since it's in Russian It's a bit hard to find it. Sorry if this wasn't the right place.
