Banned from Legion-Server (x100&x4)

Today, i got banned when I played on my Main "Dán" for the Reason 1.8 (No Alt-Codes).
I dont know, which Character of my Account have an Alt-Code, i got banned in 7.1.5 for Alt-Codes but i deleted this Character.
Now first I have to know which Character is wrong cause i mean there are no Alt-Codes and all names have only english (or Russian) letters..

Please anwser me.. I play on this Server since x100 opened (I think it opened @that time), and never had big problems, deleted that Character which Name had an Alt-Code.
