the insignia came to the mailbox around after 15 min, but the mount is still yet to come, any idea what happened?, can you resend the mount or something?

it might be because i changed the nickname shortly BEFORE the purchase so the website couldnt yet recognize me ?? but that wouldnt be the case because i bought insignia and shortly AFTER that the mount.
