Purchased recipe by bonuses, but didnt receive it.

I purchased Arcanite rod recipe by using 78 bonuses, but didnt receive it in my characters (Rausiitis) mailbox. Not 100% sure, since I play quite rare, but I think it was on November 30.
I will buy another recipe now, since I was hoping to get my enchanting up, so I hope I could get back those bonuses I spent earlier.
