Hello,

So I bought a paladin, through the market system, that went well, I have it in my account.

I then paid to change it's name as well as to change gender/appearence, and that's when it all went wrong. I could change name, like I can see in my account it's name has been changed, but I cannot custumize it's gender/appearance, even though I paid for that already, it displays some error whenever I try to do it and also I simply cannot login to that paladin. I can play every other character in my account, but everytime I try to login to that paladin, I just get instantly kicked from the game once the screen load is complete.

I've tried deleting WTF and CACHE folders but that doesn't work either.

Making this thread as suggested by a GM, for I've done 2 tickets in my other paladin and I guess they couldnt fix it either.

I would be very grateful if someone could fix that paladin so I can actually play it :P
