Banned because i just lagg

Hello i get banned today on my account by Ozai with username:ladylava95 there is my character Karrlx who i have r1 3s atm 2.6+. My reason for ban is soloq wintrade. I never have wintrade in my life i was stuck and lagged so hard really, if i did mistake really but i want my account back because u want play on tournament. 4months ban is so big for no reason, as i said i never wintrade in soloq i was just hard so much thats why i cannot play it...unban me please.
