I found this entry (for the Dwarven Construction Worker) after spotting another type of construction worker elsewhere in-game/searching to see if it was listed here on Wowhead. The one I spotted is, curiously, not listed here on Wowhead.
Who is that, you might ask?
Answer: The Goblin Construction Worker - labelled as DND.

The mob itself isn't able to be targeted; that is to say one cannot click it to get a portrait icon (to show its level, HP, PVP orientation, etc). Considering that these guys, along with the Dwarven Construction Worker and Construction Worker were all added at the start of Cataclysm (thanks to Deathwing's trail of terror on Azeroth), it causes me to wonder why precisely the Goblins aren't actual mobs, when the human and Dwarven counterparts are. It's just a point of curiosity, and since I did not see an entry for them here on Wowhead, I thought I'd submit the pictures for your (and Wowhead's) perusal.
