possibility of ban reduction?

I decided to join friends on this server because it was recommended to me. I bought some characters and I stuffed two manually but I was fed up with bg so for the third I participated in bg being afk because I had to do something else at the same time so I just used super macro not to be afk in bg. I regret because I can no longer play on your super server with my friends. Is it possible to have a ban reduction? because I find that 1 month is really excessive given my fault.

AFK on BG (using auto-clickers and etc) is restricted by server rules. But you can buy unban.

Ban duration can not be reduced in this case.
