My characters are gone

I recently started playing wow circle again and my characters on the x100 server are gone. It says "Error loading characters" when i login but on the website i can see them. I tried connecting my phone so i can change my email and delete a character to see if that would help but it doesnt work. What can i do?

On the game world x100 should not be more than 10 characters. You need to delete extra characters in your personal account.
