Violation: AFKing in battlegrounds

This player has been seen afking in multiple battlegrounds, usually just at the spawn area, not sure if he uses a program to cancel the idle debuff but he is able to remove it even when he doesn't move out of the spawn area, such as the spawn rock in Eye of the Storm. I'm not sure if he is trying to win trade by trying to sabotage our team and letting the other team win or if he is just lazy, but he does it a lot during the early morning hours of the server when he is less likely to be caught, I have taken a lot screenshots of him doing it in 13 battlegrounds I played, 2 of them from April and 11 from this month. The first 2 battlegrounds I wasn't that detailed in the screenshots but as I noticed him doing it more and more in future battlegrounds, I made sure to take extra screenshots for better evidence.

Update, he has sent me a private message now, claiming that he is allowed to do this, https://imgur.com/a/tdolALF and the screenshot he linked me ( https://prnt.sc/sr5ebs ), not sure if the screenshot he sent is real or not, but by refusing to participate in the bg, that can also be seen as a form of win-trading by trying to let the other team win since he is doing nothing to help the team he is on, just standing afk at spawn or running around nearby on his mount in those battlegrounds. It would be nice to get a official response from the staff on this matter.

Firstly, while you may think that there's no rule for being AFK in battlegrounds, A quick search on the ban list does show people have been banned in the past for AFKing, https://imgur.com/a/vSVKKHH, while yes it did happen in 2012, however it does show there may be a rule in there. Another search on the appeals section shows a post where someone got banned for AFKing in bg's using an auto clicker of some sorts, while that may or may not be the case for your violation, it does however show bans do happen. https://imgur.com/a/hs9onPH

Secondly, you must have misunderstood what you heard from the staff in regards to this matter, interestingly you deleted the picture a few hours later which shows you may be hiding something. But I will explain the whole AFK thing to you, theoretically you could AFK in bgs if you need too, like if you need to go to the bathroom or someone is at the door, as long as you are back within 1 - 2 minutes and continue to play the bg then it's no big deal. However you are entering battlegrounds from start to finish, staying at the spawn spot and doing absolutely nothing to help the team you are on win.

Thirdly, the Idle debuff is given to player's not moving for a reason, to filter out who and who is not doing anything, in most cases a player removes it by attacking an enemy or moving around the map, but in several battlegrounds you have been seen on the spawn area not moving (See first post), by staying there and constantly removing that debuff means that you may be using an auto clicker of some sorts, and/or using exploits to remove the debuff by not participating in the battleground at all and just staying in the same spot.

Finally, thank you for admitting that you AFK in battlegrounds and posting screenshots to help bury yourself and make my report more credible. If there's any other players from my server who have witnessed his AFKing in battlegrounds, and would like to back up my claim, feel free to post. While you might think you are immune from being banned for "AFKing in battlegrounds", I'm sure there's also other reason you could be banned for, such as using exploits to bypass the afk idle timer, and win trading by refusing to play the battleground, so that the other team may have a better chance of winning.

good year 2012 ofc i afked bgs i am not the only one afking them, as i mentioned before i reported many people for afking and nothing happent, i still have screenshots of those battlegrounds, and i am not using any of such things clicker or w/e in battlegrounds i never did, but if i have to be banned then so be it :) atm you are mad because you are so bad in pvp and want to be carried same as your friend Yisea :P
