I bought 2 bags (23162 item) but they didnt arrived. System say that i dont have any free slot in bags allthough i do. Char is Gozdar. I checked my mage if i made mistake but i didnt. Bonuses were taken from account.
I restarted game, deleted cache, rearrange bags, but my purchase still didnt come

is error due to one bag limitation? since i allready have one, then i bought 2 more XD in the description it doesn't say 1 bag per caracter
hi, me again. I bought additional bonuses and i wonder in avoidance of this bug, can you deduct bonuses and send me 2 more of those bags through ingame mail?

Can you please fix this, since i think i have quest issues because of this. I still get 2 messages whenever i login You do not have enough free bag slots to complete the webshop delivery, allthough i bought pet from shop after this error occured.
