Double exp weekends- Players who log in from a set time on Friday until a set time late Sunday get 8x exp instead of 4.

VIP/Subscription- Players who pay a SMALL fee monthly (30 days) receive in-game perks such as, 5 or 6x exp, extra currency to use in the shop, and/or special commands to use during gameplay such as accessing personal bank when not AT a bank, or free repair.

Yes, these ideas are on a dif private server but they don't go as far as Legion and these bonuses prove to bring more players to the server.

There is VIP in our control panel (Managment - Change the mode (Account mode))

Where is the information for what I get if I choose VIP mode? I also haven't seen any information for Refer A Friend.
