Rarely. Im not typical prot warrior that pops recklessness at start, because if its heal/dps - you don't do enough pressure. And when you have pressure, then there is no time to pop that - to be able to kill something you have to make situation, and until you pop recklessness(and get some rage to hold rotation) ur target isn't in dangerous alrdy. As arms if you hold MS, ur target can't heal itself enough, but recklessness as prot will give you one big crit with Shield slam, but you loose important time to kill that target.
