I turn to you with a problem that I play from Hungary and the wow server was disconnected a couple of times yesterday and since then both I and my other Hungarian players have the same problems! I don't know as there may be a problem with my internet working perfectly with its speed no problem.
This may be route issue.
Try reconnecting till you get normal delay or using proxy connection.
