It's impossible to continue the Shadowlands campaign.
I play on the WoW Circle Dragonflight server and I was doing the Shadowlands campaign to complete the story, get transmogs, mounts, and finally... play WoW. However, in the Chains of Domination campaign, chapter 6/9, to continue I need to accept a quest THAT IS AVAILABLE in Revendreth with the NPC Mal'Ganis (February 38, July 23), but since the NPC is caged, I can't get close to him to accept the quest and continue the campaign.
In short: I simply can't get close to the NPC to continue the Shadowlands campaign.
