We are have 1-2 players who can speak with you in voice/chat. Yep, it's not anough, but if you will not find any (en) guild, we can try to playing together (Horde ofc))

Afaik every populated realm usually has a couple of english speaking guilds on either side.

Best I can recommend is to ask around in english channel ingame once x5 is open.
