Вот в этой теме, в 2013 году, Рамусик (мы ведь все помним злую сову, да? Особенно ДК ) сломал проки с Печати Праведности "По просьбе Куратора".

It was fun while it lasted, but Drain Life no longer procs on a SoV proc or SoV stack refresh. It still procs off of RV application/refresh, Judgement debuff. Essentially a 386.91 DPS nerf for Bryntroll.

So procs drop to:
White - 1 chance
CS hit - 1 chance
CS crit - 2 chances (RV)
Judge hit - 1 chance
Judge crit - 2 chances (RV)
DS hit - 1 chance
DS crit - 2 chances (RV)

Is that correct? I'll wait on confirmation to update spreadsheet. This and the 2 piece update (Single target melee + single SoC proc both reset modeling) would be in the next release.

For SoV that looks correct except that Judgement remains 2 on hit, 3 on crit.

Unsurprisingly Seal of Command doesn't follow the rules. SoC seal procs from melee hits are still capable of procing Drain Life.

Я так понимаю, теперь вы вознамерились доломать-таки топор, чтобы вообще не прокало. Молодцы, да..
