Appealing Unknown Ban.

Hello, I am here to appeal a Ban which was registered in 2025, I only just logged in today to see that I was banned 2025 November, I am unsure why I was banned. I was not given an email or notification. It states "Forever bot/kd/sabotage (Banned by Eternity)". However I do not and have not botted on WoW.

1 - 3.3.5a - 100x - Mitcheodne, Amarbarlyn, Marthillin, Bingchill, Helora, Hillybilly, Variaz, Crypticz, Bloodwounds, 3.3.5a 1x - Tergwerfwerf, 3.3.5a Fun - Bigbooy, Castelyk, Galtaela, Alaala.

2 - "Forever bot/kd/sabotage (Banned by Eternity)"

3 - Cannot find thread with my username and reason for the ban. I do not understand nor know why I was even banned to begin with. Even though my account mode is currently 'Normal'.

4 - I do not, and have never botted, so can I please get a specific reason as to what the ban was? Was my account hacked? From what I can see and access, my Account does not appear to have been hacked. But I would like to explicity assure support team here that I do not bot and have no interest in botting or sabotaging the games' TOS. I was banned on the 30th november, 2025, at 21:46:56 by Eternity, however, my last login was at 19th of November, 2025, at 13:40:42.

The account was banned because a fraudster has access to it. Do you still have access to the attached email?

I understand now as to why it was banned initially.

I can confirm I still have access to the attached email.

If you need anything further regarding this, or if there is a possible chance for the ban to be lifted by resetting my wow-circle password, and enabling 2FA, please let me know.
